Am I mobile?
Sorry no, I have tried it but I prefer to work from a base with everything to hand. I'm mindful of the times when I've needed to take an entirely different approach to that expected depending on the situation. That's not easy to do if I'm mobile... I have a lot of products for every eventuality and it's just not possible to transport it all.

My cancellation policy
Please give me more than 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment as anything less leaves me no time to offer the time to somebody else. I charge 30% of the service total for late cancellation of bookings (24 hrs or less) and 50% for no-shows. If you think you may have a problem making your appointment let me know and we can sort something out, don't leave it till the last minute!
What to do if you have a problem after having your nails done.
Let me know as soon as possible and text me a picture if you can. If the trouble is down to me I will do everything in my power to rectify the issue as quickly as possible for you. This offer stands for 72 hours so long as the fault is not interfered with before you contact me ie, 'my nail broke so I picked it off', I don't offer refunds. If you accidentally damage a nail let me know asap and I'll fix it up for you for a small cost.
